The final day of the 2026 MotoAmerica Mission Mini Cup National Championship Final concluded in dramatic fashion at Road America’s Briggs & Stratton Motorplex kart facility. Sunday saw the young racers transition to the counterclockwise Layout B, forcing them to adapt to a new configuration before rain arrived following the morning’s Qualifying 1 sessions. By Sunday evening, two riders had completed flawless weekends with perfect sweeps of their respective classes, while spectacular comebacks in the two youngest classes capped an unforgettable weekend of youth road racing.
GP 190: Jase Dill Sweeps The Premier Class
In the premier GP 190 class, Jase Dill (#97, Ohvale USA) proved his talent across every appearance of the weekend. Having dominated Layout A on Saturday with a perfect pole-to-flag performance in both Race 1 and Race 2, Dill carried his momentum to Layout B on Sunday.
Dill secured the Sunday pole position with an overall best qualifying time of 52.485 seconds. In Sunday’s Race 1, Dill delivered another masterclass, leading from start to finish to cross the line first and set the weekend’s ultimate pace with a best lap time of 54.246 seconds. Behind him, Maverick Johnson (#63, Star GP Academy/Eleven Motorsports) bounced back from a disappointing Saturday Race 2 DNF to finish second, just 1.458 seconds behind Dill. Dexter Daytona Salaverria (#81, Team Ohvale USA) crossed the finish line in third.
Race 2 was a repeat performance of Dill’s unmatched speed. Dill captured the victory by a comfortable 5.931-second margin over Johnson, who again finished second, while Salaverria completed the podium in third.
With four race victories and two pole positions across both layouts, Dill secured the overall GP 190 National Championship after completing a perfect weekend. Connor Raymond (#44, Raymond Racing) secured second overall in the championship with 76 points, while Salaverria completed the championship podium in third with 71 points.
GP 160: Zaal Farhand Defends His Crown
The GP 160 class was dominated from start to finish by defending champion Zaal Farhand (#98, Gridline 84). Farhand topped Sunday’s combined qualifying session with a pole-winning time of 55.753 seconds.
In Sunday’s Race 1, Farhand showcased his signature poise and precision, cruising to a 5.500-second victory over Tommy Molnar (#152, Team Molnar), who took second. Lambert Su (#777, Apex Racing) claimed the final step on the podium in third. Farhand replicated his clinical performance in Sunday’s Race 2, extending his lead to finish a dominant 9.068 seconds ahead of Su, who claimed a strong second-place finish, while Molnar finished third.
Farhand completed an undefeated weekend across both layouts to successfully defend his GP 160 title, earning him the National Championship with a perfect 110 points. Su claimed second overall in the championship standings with 86 points, while Molnar secured third overall with 65 points.
GP 110: Cruise Texter Wins GP 110 National Championship
The GP 110 class saw a fierce, weekend-long battle between the nation’s top young riders. Cruise Texter (#26, CTR / Roof Systems) claimed pole position in Sunday’s combined qualifying with a quick 57.621-second lap.
Texter carried his Saturday momentum into Sunday’s Race 1, riding a stellar defensive race to capture a 5.185-second victory over his main rival, Chase Jazikoff (#422, Team Dunlop Elite). Cole Schannen (#18, CS18 Racing) rounded out the podium in third.
In Sunday afternoon’s Race 2, Chase Jazikoff fought back in spectacular fashion, taking the holeshot and holding off Texter to secure his first GP 110 victory of the weekend by 2.680 seconds. Bruno Bolanos (#95, Mako Racing) crossed the line in a close third, just under ten seconds back.
Despite Jazikoff’s Race 2 victory, Texter’s three wins and a runner-up finish over the weekend were more than enough to secure the overall GP 110 National Championship with 105 points. Chase Jazikoff finished second overall with 91 points, and Christian Berlowitz (#17, Beastmode Racing), claimed third overall with 67 points.
Stock 110: Absolute Drama And Grit Earns Texter The Double
The Stock 110 class delivered the most dramatic, heart-stopping championship finale of the entire weekend. Double-class threat, Cruise Texter (#26, CTR / Roof Systems) took pole position in Sunday’s combined qualifying with a time of 59.966 seconds.
In Sunday’s Race 1, Chase Jazikoff (#422, Team Dunlop Elite) broke Texter’s weekend win streak by riding a brilliant race on his Kawasaki KLX 110, securing a 2.582-second victory over Texter, while Bruno Bolanos (#95, Mako Racing) finished third.
The result set up a dramatic championship showdown in Sunday’s Race 2. Early in the race, disaster struck as both championship front-runners crashed. Texter was leading Jazikoff through Turn 1 before losing control. Jazikoff reacted and followed, as the field passed the grounded riders. With a mix of adrenaline, determination, and true championship grit, both young riders remounted their motorcycles and charged back through the field.
Jazikoff made an unbelievable recovery to secure a third-place finish. Texter put on an equally heroic charge, clawing his way back to finish in fourth place.
Bruno Bolanos capitalized on the drama to claim a well-deserved Race 2 victory, followed by Bron Macanga (#55, Nomad Family Grid) in second.
The final point calculations revealed just how crucial those recovered points were. Texter’s fourth-place finish earned him 13 points, bringing his total to 93 points. Jazikoff’s third-place finish earned him 16 points, bringing his final tally to 91 points. By a razor-thin margin of just two points, Texter edged out Jazikoff to claim the Stock 110 National Championship.
The championship completed an extraordinary double for the Pennsylvania rider, who secured both the GP 110 and Stock 110 titles after winning the 2025 Stock 50 National Championship. Bolanos claimed third overall in the Stock 110 national standings with 72 points.
Stock 50: Cooper Jazikoff Wins Championship in Epic Tie-Breaker
The Stock 50 class provided some of the most competitive and inspiring action of the weekend, culminating in a dramatic tie-breaker for the national title. Marcus Su (#66, Apex Racing) claimed Sunday’s pole position with a combined qualifying time of 1:09.583.
In Sunday’s Race 1, Su took full advantage of pole position to secure a spectacular victory, crossing the line 0.867 seconds ahead of Kyle Kang (#26, Apex Racing Team), in second, and Alexander Andonovski (#67, Andonovski Racing Team) in third. Saturday’s Race 1 and Race 2 winner, Cooper Jazikoff (#423, Team Dunlop Elite), struggled to find his rhythm on Layout B, finishing a distant sixth.
In the final Stock 50 race of the weekend, Jazikoff staged a spectacular comeback. Jazikoff rode a brilliant defensive race to take a crucial victory, holding off a charging Su by a narrow 1.162 seconds. Kang completed his double-podium Sunday with another third-place finish.
When the final points were calculated, Jazikoff and Su were deadlocked at the top of the standings, tied with 95 points apiece. According to championship rules, the national title tiebreaker is decided by the best position in the final race of the weekend. By virtue of his dramatic victory in Sunday’s final Race 2, Jazikoff officially clinched the tiebreaker to become the overall Stock 50 National Champion. Su was awarded second overall with 95 points, and Kang finished third overall with 78 points.
