Belgian Levi Badie will return to race in the MotoAmerica Championship for the 2023 series.

The following is from Levi Badie…

Levi Badie is delighted to announce his return to MotoAmerica in 2023. The Belgian, who made history by becoming the first European to qualify on pole position on his debut in Junior Cup last season, will return to the series this year riding for his own team – Badie Racing powered by MTM.

The squad, which will be run by his father Dave, will benefit from technical support from the former FIM 300cc World Championship team MTM, something that Levi is understandably excited about.

Since reluctantly cutting short his 2022 season, Badie has worked hard to ensure his 2023 campaign runs without a hitch and, after a successful winter test program, he is raring to head back stateside for the opening round of the Junior Cup Championship in late April.

Levi Badie: “I am excited to be going back to America, it’s what we have been working for since we had to stop in the middle of last season. We have worked the whole winter to put this deal together and just had a very positive test in Spain where we learned a lot. Testing with the MTM Racing Team was great. We made some steps, and I am much more comfortable with the setting of the bike, and I think we will be more than ready for Round 1 at Atlanta in a few weeks. I cannot wait to be back in the MotoAmerica paddock and to race with the guys again and hopefully fight for the title which is the goal. I want to be on the podium and I want to win the championship. I want to thank everyone that has stayed loyal and supported me through what was a tough few months, but we are back and we are going to give it everything in every session!
