Chase Black

Chase Black enters the 2026 MotoAmerica season with a sharpened focus, dedicating his efforts exclusively to the Supersport class aboard the Ducati Panigale V2. A true product of the MotoAmerica developmental ladder, Black has transitioned from a Mini Cup standout to a consistent points-scorer in the professional ranks.

The 2025 season served as a pivotal transition for the young American. While competing in the early rounds of the Talent Cup—where he secured three top-10 finishes, including a season-best eighth at Road America—Black also made significant strides on the larger Supersport machinery. Competing in select rounds, he demonstrated his growing maturity by scoring points in three different events, highlighted by a career-high 13th-place finish at Road Atlanta.

With his 2024 Supersport debut at Mid-Ohio and a successful Junior Cup tenure behind him, Black now aims to take full advantage of the power of his Ducati to become a regular fixture in the Supersport top ten.

Little Known Facts: Chase turned 14 years old just four months before competing in his first Junior Cup race, and he is still one of the youngest rider on the grid in Junior Cup as well as Twins Cup. Chase’s dad is a former Pro Motocross and Supercross racer, and Chase started riding dirt bikes at just two-and-a-half years old.  This will be his fifth year in road racing, and he won 14 championships in his very first year. Chase is a 200+ bowler and in his free time, he bowls in tournaments.

Career Highlights:
2025 – Finished 15th in MotoAmerica Talent Cup, racing just the first few rounds of the series. Scored three top-10 Talent Cup finishes with a best result of 8th at Road America. Also raced select rounds of MotoAmerica Supersport on a Ducati and scored points in three rounds. Best result was 13th at Road Atlanta. 2024 – Stepped up to MotoAmerica Supersport and raced select rounds on a Chase Black Racing Ducati. Scored a championship point by finishing 15th at Mid-Ohio. Ranked 30th in Supersport.2023 – Placed 15th in MotoAmerica Junior Cup with two top-5 finishes. Best result was 4th at Road Atlanta. Raced a 3D Motorsports Kawasaki. 2022 – Chase moved up six spots from a ranking of 15th to ninth in the Junior Cup Championship. He made that improvement by scoring a dozen top-10 results with a best finish of fifth at VIR. Raced a Kawasaki Ninja 400 for Pure Attitude Racing. Also raced in the first round of the FIM North America Talent Cup at COTA where he finished sixth. 2021 – Earned five top-10 Junior Cup finishes with a best result of eighth in the final race weekend at Barber. Ranked 15th in Junior Cup. Raced for MonkeyMoto AGVSPORT Kawasaki. 2020 – Participated in two MotoAmerica Mini Cup events – Road America and Pitt Race. Best result was eighth at Pitt Race. 2019 – One of only 18 kids invited to compete in the FIM North America Talent Cup.
