California’s Deion Campbell returns to the MotoAmerica grid for 2026, spearheading a Superbike Cup assault aboard the BPR Racing Yamaha YZF-R1. A seasoned veteran with a decade of experience, Campbell is coming off a milestone 2025 season that saw him secure his first career MotoAmerica podium with a brilliant 3rd-place finish in Stock 1000 at Mid-Ohio.
Campbell’s 2025 campaign was defined by remarkable consistency; he finished 8th overall in Stock 1000 and an impressive 14th in the premier Superbike class, scoring points in 16 rounds. His prowess on the Yamaha earned him 3rd overall in the Superbike Cup standings, punctuated by a season-best 9th-place Superbike finish at New Jersey. With proven podium speed and deep technical knowledge, Campbell enters 2026 as a legitimate title threat in the Cup.
Little Known Fact: Injuries from a traffic accident put Deion out of racing action for several years. He also took time away to help his sister in her basketball career. Deion’s dad was a road racer, and his godfather worked for Muzzy Kawasaki. Deionwas a BMX racer when he was a kid. Has been coached by Josh Hayes.
