Following the second of two Mission King Of The Baggers races at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on Sunday, August 17, a sanction was issued to S&S/Indian Motorcycle rider Troy Herfoss. A communication was posted prematurely, and it did not acknowledge the appeal that was made by the team. This appeal is currently under review, and a judgment will be announced later this week when the appeal process has been completed.
