Following the second of two Mission King Of The Baggers races at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on Sunday, August 17, a sanction was issued to S&S/Indian Motorcycle rider Troy Herfoss. An internal communication was issued prematurely that did not acknowledge the appeal that was made by the team. This appeal is currently under further review, and a ruling will be confirmed later this week when the appeal process is complete.
